Shipping and Inspection Policy:

Upon the completion of your ordered product and its readiness for dispatch, D’designer is committed to promptly shipping the product using the client information provided during the checkout process. Please note that our services do not encompass warehousing, and as such, once dispatched and delivered, it becomes the client's responsibility to undertake the timely unpacking and inspection of the goods.

D’designer shall not assume liability for any issues or damages identified after the product has been delivered if the goods are not unpacked and inspected within the reasonable time frame as stated in the shipping and delivery policy. We kindly ask our customers to be aware that any delays in unpacking or inspection beyond this period may impact the condition of the product. It is explicitly stated that D’designer bears no responsibility for the storage conditions, handling, or transportation of the product once it has been delivered and accepted by the client. Any claims or concerns raised after the specified time frame will not be considered the liability of Magari.

The natural and handmade nature of our products may lead to slight variations, such as differences in grain pattern, texture, polish, or dimensions.

A 3% allowance on fabric alignment is permitted.

Change in Specification or Cancellation of Order:

Delivery Schedule:

Under normal circumstances, the company will deliver the product to the customer within the agreed-upon period from the order date and receipt of 100% of the total value of the product plus taxes. This delivery period is indicative, with exceptions adhered to, and the company is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural calamities, bad weather, fires, strikes, or riots. The company is protected under the Force majeure clause, with any delays communicated to the customer.

Additionally, it is important to note that the transport of your product is facilitated by an external third-party vendor. As such, the delivery timelines provided are indicative, and any delays caused by external factors beyond our control are not within the company's scope of responsibility. D’designer shall not be held liable for such external influences affecting delivery timelines.

It is explicitly stated that D’designer bears no responsibility for the storage conditions, handling, or transportation of the product once it has been delivered and accepted by the client. Any claims or concerns raised after the specified time frame as stated in our policies will not be considered the liability of Magari.

Claims:

If the supplied goods deviate from the original order, a written claim should be filed immediately upon receipt. Law provisions apply to hidden defects. Valid claims result in the replacement of defective items per the normal delivery schedule. Claims and complaints do not entitle the purchaser to withhold the balance payment.

Newsletters And Communications:

You expressly agree to receive communications and newsletters from De Designer Pvt Ltd via SMS and email. You can unsubscribe/opt-out at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in received newsletters.

Limitations On Quantity:

De Designer Pvt Ltd may not offer additional discounts on large orders, and reserves the right to limit quantities on orders placed by the same account, debit/credit card, bank account, or with the same billing and/or shipping address. Notification of such limits will be provided.

Order Acceptance Policy:

Receipt of an order confirmation does not confirm our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or supply less than the ordered quantity for any reason. Your order is accepted upon sending shipping information, and our remedy for cancelled or unfulfilled orders is either store credits or non-charging for the cancelled portion.

Payment Terms:

For each ordered product or service, you agree to pay the applicable price, including taxes and delivery and installation fees wherever applicable. De Designer Pvt Ltd will automatically bill your credit card unless alternate billing arrangements are agreed upon in writing. Payments are non-refundable, and third-party payment processors' terms apply.

Payment:

a) 100% Advance Payment: Upon placing an order for any listed product on our website and on finalization of the product, 100% payment in advance will be required; however, customers have the option to avail themselves of various EMI schemes during checkout. The terms and conditions of these EMI schemes are subject to the policies set forth by the payment gateway and the individual banks associated with the transaction. It's important to note that the availability of specific EMI schemes and their terms are determined by the payment gateway and the participating banks. our No-Cost EMI scheme i.e., .

b) EMI Scheme: Customers opting for the No-Cost EMI scheme will have the convenience of spreading the total invoice value over monthly instalments with no additional interest charges. The responsibility of bearing any interest during this period lies at the discretion of MAGARI (Company) and will be influenced by factors such as the customer's relationship with the bank, creditworthiness, and other applicable considerations. This offers our customers a flexible and tailored payment solution aligned with their preferences and financial comfort.

c) Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards and digital wallets for making the advance payment. Payments through these methods are seamlessly processed via Razorpay, ensuring a secure and efficient transaction experience. Additionally, our payment terms include the option for a No-Cost EMI scheme, providing customers with the flexibility to spread the remaining amount over convenient monthly installments, as explained above.

d) Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email will be sent to the customer upon successful payment. This email will serve as proof of the transaction and order placement.

e) Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed and payment is made, cancellations are not permitted. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or issues, please contact our customer support at [customer support email or phone number] for assistance.

COURT OF JURISDICTION:

All disputes shall be limited to the jurisdiction of the court in Bangalore. The company considers the terms acknowledged upon client payment.

International Access:
